ValueLabs is one of the worst companies to work with.

HR Head of this company is very abusive and aggressive type of person. He threatens and blackmails the employees who put down resignation. The HR Head of this company ruined one of his subordinates’ career as that person had few differences in the approach towards work.

HR policies are not employee friendly and not good: – Leaves option provided by the company is of no use and just for namesake. On the papers they give so and so leaves allowed (CL/PL, etc.), but in reality, employees are never allowed to take a single leave coz of work pressure and on top of that employees are made to work on weekends.

There is no compensation for the extra efforts in terms of extra pay. When an employee resigns then the leaves of such person are not en-cashed as there is no en-cashment policy and in-fact all the remaining leaves will be terminated as soon as the employee put down resignation.

There are no medical benefits and if an employee needs medical insurance then one needs to bear all their own expenses from their own salaries.

Nepotistic style of Management – Nepotism/favoritism exists in this company to a large extend. You will find many married couples in the higher management, relatives and family friends, and it is clear that they got the job mere coz of influence.

Another classic example… of favoritism – A manager in this company passed away, who happened to be the brother of the Sr. management person in the same company. ValueLabs’ management forcefully deducted certain amount to pay this managers family, from the salary of every employee (entire company) of a that particular month, since he was the brother of the Sr. management. But when a software engineer cadre employee passed away coz of the health negligence, while working onsite for the same company. As he was made to work there in-spite of ill health, extended duration and lot of pressure from the management and the client, end result... his family was paid nothing from the company.

Further to add to this favoritism, a person who was hired as BD Manager and now as AVP-Sales is the close buddy of the HR Head. Nevertheless to say; is quite evident how he had secured that job. This; so called close buddy of HR Head did not closed a single deal for ages, but still got a chance to climb up till the AVP-Sales position.

Promotions; good hike and pay are given if you are a boot licker. Folks, please DO NOT get eye washed by the infrastructure/building of this company. Further, DO NOT get carried away by the awards listed on their website [ http://www.valuelabs.com]. This is just to create a hype by that company......
