Hi, I faced a similar problem with limited or no connectivity. Whenever I complained, the service guy turned up, fixed it and the connection was not working again after a few days. I asked them to disconnect my internet, and then they have sent me a bill for the days I didnt even use the internet.... Now it has been more than a month and they have not collected their modem and phone. You must be very lucky if they complete your dues in time.
