Guys thanks for your comments. I completely agree with BigMG & joslicx customer service with most of the companies is pathetic in this country. I do wonder where all the training and studies ,given in their management courses goes. Instead of spending crores and crores of money on advertisement and ...selling false promises of their poor quality products can work and find out where they are going wrong taking actual feed back from customers at the receiving end. Reddington requires 4 days to replace a defective battery and 20 days for replacing a motherboard in a captial city ???. Why cant they stock up basic spares in their so called service centres and reduce the time of overhaul and discomfort to customer which will definetely help in improving their image. Come on Motorola a simple battery replacement shud not take more than 5 mintutes. I can visualise from this what service consumers must be getting in small cities. Just for your information folks still i havenot received a reply from Motorola customer care and i dont think with this attitude they r really bothered about us and our opinion.Read More
