I bought a Motorola A 1200 on the 13th of May 2007 and today 18th august 2007 the phone has gone to Motorola service centre twice .Everytime they love the phone so much that they dont return it to us until I complain and complain to motorola .In the 3 months that I have bought it, it has been in the service centre for 1 month.
The parts are never available in their so called service centre and their technicians behave like absolute illiterates with no knowledge of the product. When I asked them to replace the phone as it was giving repeated trouble even the Motorola Customer care stopped responding.
The screen display is difficult to read in the sunlight. The quality of pictures is not up to the mark.
So my advice is folks go for Nokia atleast they had the courtesy to replace their defective batteries free of charge.I wish I had followed my own advice and never purchased a costly Motorola phone .
