pro-rata basis according to them is, for eg. if you change your plan in the middle of the month..they will charge you till that date according to that plan, and after that they will charge you with the new plan...with taxes separate on both the plans !! tat's y ur bill reached tat amt, i guess !!! hey ther I've heard from some abt they not having a really nice exp with airtel, personally i had a very good exp...Also with friends having all other ISP's, i'm always in 2ch with the amt of probs they give...which is way less than airtel i wld say !!
