@ s3Calcutta, Mileage depends on the driving skills of the owner. Some like to cruse, some like sedate driving. I'm mix of both and on LPG i got mileage of 11 KMPL with Non Stop AC. on Petrol i got 12-13 KMPL with non stop AC. And the mileage would increased a tad after second servicing @ 5000KMS. S...afety in BEAT, it scored high in Euro NCAP crash tests. Space, once again depends whether you go on long drives or just City Drive. This is a City Hatchback and offers better leg room than Swift / i10 / Ritz / Santro. But the rear boot space is too less. However i'm no Columbus and harldy go on long drives. So i'm happy with the leg room provided in the car. Chevy offers 3 years free warranty. I didnt yet gave my car for a service as my baby is just 2 months old. But i heard from previous owners that the service charges are pretty low compared to Hyundai and Ford but tad costlier than Maruti.Read More

@ imli ... i'm sure you would love the car. Especially the ride quality when compared to Ritz, i10 and Santro. Those tall boy carz are just bumpy. But BEAT makes you feel as if u are riding on butter.

I haven't heard any such complaints regarding the Warranty offered by GM. In Hyderabad we have 5 service centers for Beat. More over I guess the build quality of Beat is so good that we need not run regularly around the service centers unlike Maruti and Hyundai. I recently checked the mileage ...of Beat in LPG mode with AC on and got 11 kmpl in city driving. Petrol I got 14 kmpl. Need to check the mileage in Highway driving. Will post it soon ….Read More

Time to write my first review ever on MouthShut_Official. When it comes to car, everyone has different priorities. Some would love cars with high PS, some prefer milage, some would love the looks of the car and some like me would look for comfort and ride quality. I drive roughly 60 KM atleas...Read more

Hello Maulik, Sorry to hear your bad experience with the dealer. But when it comes to the car, it BEATs i10 and Ritz. Ride quality is just superb, as if you are riding it on butter. AC is very powerfull, i should say the second best to Figo in its class. Its a total VFM Car. No doubt in that. Only i...ssue in the car is rear boot space. But i'm no colombus and i hardly fill the boot in city drive.Read More

I dont agree with this review. Every car has pros and cons. I agree the car nags a bit in second gear but once you rev it above 2.5K rpm, you should be fine with pick up in second gear. Ride quality is quite superior compared to i10, wagon R, santro. I have LPG variant and im getting milage of 10 KM...PL in city with AC on 100% of ride timeRead More
