To HS18 Support team After repeated requests from the date of purchasing, and even after many rigorous efforts, finally the HS18 executive connected through Mouthshut.com and heard our long strange story about their defected product. However, as instructed by the HS18 people on 20/05/201...1, the product was sent through TNT for servicing. After a few days, on 09/06/2011, the HS18 people contacted us, informed that, the product has been repaired and it will be dispatched, and reach us within four working days. Further, on 16/06/2011, finally, the product was delivered to us, when the packing was opened; we were stunned on seeing the internal material. The charger was as it is, earphones was there, and blue tooth was there but, the Cell, instead of one piece, which we sent to the company, it was converted in two pieces, i.e. it’s QWERTY keypad was separate and Cell was separate. We were shocked on seeing the article in such shape. Immediately we contacted the HS18 executive on Toll Free Number and explained the facts. Then they replied that, no problem and no need to worry about this thing if, the product is not repairable it will be replaced properly. Moreover, they told that, the confirmation of the complaint would be sent within 48 Hours through message. However, it is very strange that, even after 96 Hours passed no message or no call was received to us. This is the HS 18 service and assurance. Actually, we have already experienced with HS18 earlier. Earlier we have purchased an Onida Mobile, after some time it stopped working and there was no repairable accessory available in local market. After putting all the efforts, we finally approached HS18. That time also the HS18 people asked us to send it to them for repair, we received the product after 25 days and we were shocked to see that they kept the accessories of the Cell, memory card and charging card etc. Even after this, we trusted blindly on HS18, result is, again we a made mistake by wayRead More

To HS18SupportTeam What do you'll mean by ''provide us the correct order number?'' We have provided u the correct order number. Everyone here knows what kind of service you'll provide to Ur customers so don't try to fool anyone. We have provided u the order number several times and as always yo...u'll promised to solve the problem but now enough is enough we can't tolerate this anymore. We have started our efforts three months before the warranty period expired to make it smooth and in a healthy manner, but u people didn't co-operate with us and now it is going to be almost a year. Now for the last time I'm providing u the product details. Product name: VOX VGS-509, ORDER NO. 704213288, SUB-ORDER NO. 74452434, INVOICE NO. HS-06613 and COURIER : Blue Dart 336. If the issue doesn't get solved at least now then i will choose legal action as per our jurisdiction conditions. I don't bother to waste my money during the process of obtaining justice in this regard but i will go to the nth of this and not only for me but also in future nobody will purchase products from Home Shop 18. U people also see how I can resolve the problem as I will take this to electronic media to let more people know about HS18.
