Kamala, ''the quality'' of the international products available on Flipkart has not been discussed AT ALL in my review. I have commented on the Service and Delivery ONLY. Please try to read a review properly before you respond. When I wrote this review I had'nt received a single book ordered, a...nd was not in a position to make any claims on the ''quality of the product''. Since then I have received a delivery, and I continue to maintain that the service is not the best, and that international products take a min of 30 days to be delivered as against the ''14 to 21 days'' committed while placing an order. I will however agree with the NEW point you have raised, that product delivered IS of a good quality.Read More
Latest update on Flipkart ''service''. They send me a mail giving me a URL where I can track my shipment and the next sentence in the mail says'' Please note that tracking information may not be available immediately.'' After 24 hrs the information is still not available. Ridiculous.
