my friend was a frequent shopper at fabfurnish.com and so she recommended me to buy her something from here for her birthday. she hasn't purchased furniture from here but she was satisfied with the service provided on her purchase of furnishings in the sense that they were well packe...d and insulated.
in my personal experience, if you are using a coupon or discount code, and if they suddenly decide they don't want to give you the discount, they will cancel your order and not give you a fresh discount code. my friend also had a few items cancelled from her order but at least she was offered a voucher in lieu of the discount that was cancelled. i dont know why they choose to discriminate against me.
i would suggest buying something of a lesser value and check their service in your area before placing a big order. hope that helps.
