Well, generally they give the maximum time period but do a continous follow up with them. Try to find some corporate connection or connection with Maruti employee. We have also been using it for our baby and found the quality very good. Overall a very nice product and value for money.

This is amazing device. It combines the feature of PDA, Mobile and MP3 Player. I won't mention the camera though because I am not impressed with the quality.
