Very true even I have also experienced similar situation. Till date i have ordered 4 products out of which only in one order I was fully satisfied. it is better if you to market and select product yourself.

It was for my sister's anniversary so obviously I would not like her to pay for the product. 2ndly HS18 could have told this to me earlier so that I could have made alternate arrangement.
