I think the producers must have spent most of their budget in their starcast as a result the they must have failed to do justice with the other aspects of the movie

Well I have seen the movie too. It is not that bad. I would say it is for a targeted audience.

The Readers Digest that you mentioned is an excellent book to read specially for students from 5th standard to 12th standard. It should be a must read for all the students.

After watching Gangaajal, you can forgive Prakash Jha for making Bandish, Dil Kya Kare and Rahul. Here is a film that gets to the point from the very first minute and never loses track. Ittefaq was done as a quickie. It was scripted in seven days and shot in 28 days in chronological order. Edited and mixed simultaneously, the film was released within a record three months.
