After the initial difficulties for getting proper service, the device was working perfectly. But around one month back its power supply got burned off. Dear deepak_dips I had registered a complaint in Samsung customer care, after eBay informed me their helplessness. They were very favourable to me, but they told the serial number of my TV (S/N: ZX6L3MSD300367M Model:UA42EH5000) was not a kind to be distributed in India. So, if I have an internat...ional warranty card, they were ready to help. But unfortunately, the eBay seller had not given any such warranty cards along with the TV.
