I purchased this Tata Swach Nova Silver RO RO Water Purifier online from snapdeal 3 months ago and installed by a service person from authorized service center in Bangalore. After the installation it was completely leaking from many points. But the service person manged to rectify all of it. On the very next day the leak started again and I have registered a complaint. The service person came again and he tried to cheat me by bypassing the defective flushing system to reduce his work load. But I questioned it and then he replaced that defective part and solved the problem.
Now after 3 months the system takes more than one hour to purify one liter of water. Around 30 liter of water will also be wasted during this process to get one litter of purified water. I have registered the complaint. The service center assured the complaint will be attended in 48 hours.
But nothing happened. 6 days completed now. I have reminded the matter to the service center many times, no use, still I am I waiting. I lost one day leave also for waiting the service person.
What a horrible experience from TATA!
(Update: The service person came on 7th day and repaired the system by replacing the auto-flush device. Now it is working very well. Water consumption reduced to nominal)
Update 24-2-16:
The system got defective again after one week of very good working. Now I am not getting a glass of water even in one hour of working. This time the difference is there is no waste water flow also. Only a few drops in a minute. I have registered a complaint yesterday and waiting for the service man.
Update: 26-2-16
The system repaired yesterday by replacing a solenoid valve. Now it is working very well.
