As stated above, I have not received the amount company should pay. Visa rejection due to false bookings was yatra's fault not mine.

It is a closed case from yatra since October,2016. Just by giving fake assurances that we are still looking into the issue does not make it alive. Your agents are liars and cheat. They told that 20,000 will be deducted per person and rest amount will be refunded. You may put an inquiry on assuran...ces given by Mr Gaurav Gupta ,Gurgaon office on how he is champion in fooling around. And No , You did not submit proper papers. I have all the documents which were submitted by Yatra.com. The one page confirmation without hotel's letterhead which has names of half a dozen hotels in 5 different cities/countries is not a standard acceptable by Italian embassy for intended stay.You should have known that since you are in business. And why do those hotels say that there is no such booking which yatra is claiming. I am sure you wont have any answers and your reply will be diplomatic and nonsensical again.I never could have imagined a brand like yatra could be so fake, cheat and irresponsible.Read More

Visa rejection is embassy's decision i agree.But who was to show them proper documents ? Yatra.com had to make hotel bookings and show it to embassy not us. and then showing fake bookings to embassy was yatra's fault not mine. So you guys should be paying the full amount. 10,000 is not the amount we gave. We gave 2 lakh rupees and Visa was rejected due to inappropriate hotel bookings as intended stay was not reliable wich was to be shown by yatra.com and not us. Moreover I have reconfirmed from the hotels that there was no bookings made as shown by yatra.com to us... in name of any of my family members. Full amount plus the interest should be refunded as it is completely yatra's fault for Visa rejection Read More
