I want to share my horrible experience with Yatra.com. I study in Munich and my family was planning for Euro trip since last 1 year.We booked package called Flavours of Europe from Yatra.com for 4 people for 9 days. They were suppose to apply for Visa as it was included in the package.Their agents assured that their success rate if visa was 99.9%. We happily paid 2 lakh rupees in advance for the bookings of hotels etc.They told us incase of Visa rejection 20, 000 will be deducted per person and rest of the money will be refunded.
We still had 25 days for our trip and we provided all the documents asked by agent of yatra.com for Visa.just 4 days before our trip Italy embassy rejected my family's Visa stating reason of inappropriate hotel bookings.When we contacted agents of yatra.com they did not showed any proof of prior hotel bookings and refused to refund any amount from 2 lakh rupees.Their agents are were extremely rude to my family and simply said we wont refund a single Rupee out of 2lakh.I would advice everyone never use yatra.com for any kinds of bookings and save your trips otherwise your trip can turn into nightmare just like mine.
