As a followup, I wrote an email to all the possible emails ID's I could find on their website asking for help. I had sent the email on Sunday. Monday morning I recieved a call from one Mr. Munnuswamy. He said a senior level official from Panasonic Mumbai had called him and was asked to ensure my mac...hine works. He called me again by evening to tell me the required part will be shipped from their Headquarters overnight to reach Bangalore tomorrow morning. Tuesday Noon I recieved a call from local engineer that he is standing below my flat with the part. If we are at home he can come up & fix it. In next one hour, precise 1:30 PM the part was replaced, technician had tested the machine for almost 15-20 minutes throughly with water/spin dry etc. Confirmed it is working. Upon asking what precautions need to be taken to avoid failures due to electric fluctuation. He said need not worry as the board is new , it will sustain electric fluctuations. He did mention that we are lucky, usually the machine does not fail, but if it does there is a shortage of spares, and we were lucky to get one.I will be buying a stabiliser for the machine this weekend. Mr. Munnuswamy called me again to check if I was satisfied with the service & was my expectations met. I responded in affermative. Moral: This time around I did feel like a KING. For a day felt like the entire Panasonic company is attending to just me. I was overwhelmed with the service only if the local service centre and Mr. Ravi R would have responded to my calls, the pain for all would have been saved. The machine is a beautiful peace of art designed probably by the Japanese though it says made in Indonesia/Thailand. Only if our indian people improve on services and stock some spares this brand will definetely give value for money. PS: Cost me Rs.5000 for the replacement board but ok no amount is more when it comes to the comfort of family. Read More

Dear friends, Should we not blame ourselves for the greed. Everyone of us knows 48% secured returns are not possible in any business. The highest interest chared on Credit cards is 40%. But out of greed we all gambled with our money. Why should we curse Masood, He has not run away, Dont you se...e that he has a battery of lawyers who are fighting cases in number of States to open the company. Have we ever thought why is he fingting to open the company when he can cooly declare banckrupt & shut shop. Do you think it is difficult for Masood to vanish, abroad & never come back. Dont you see the BOFORS case was close because govt could not bring back Quattrocchi back to India. We should form a group of three representatives from each city i.e, delhi, mumbia, bangalore, jaipur etc. Publish this information on Websites. This group of leaders should directly talk to Masood & his team every week & get updates. They should push Masood to update the Website & publish advertise in News papers about the direction to keep investors informed. This team will be a link between Citi management & all investors. This should eliminate the miscommunication. Read More

Dear all; We dont stand a chance if we create chaos during the meeting. Some people with vested intererest will try to stop the meeting from coming to a conclusion. They will try to create a rukus & stop the proceedings of the meet. Please understand the company is not organising the meeting in the ...interest of solving investor problems. They have been asked by the Courts to arrange the meeting. Already the company has postponed the meet from 7th to 14th. If there is ruckus the company will thell the courts that there is fear of security to the life & property of the Directors & hence cannot conduct meeting. Please understand it now or newer. Whatever decided in 14/15 meeting will pe presented to the courts & on approval form the courts the Directors will have to follow that cource of actionRead More

My CA who had earlier adviced me aginst investing in these schemes has studied the sequesnce of events. He says the problem is not as big as anticipated. He believes the cases against Masood & company are not complicated & should not hold water. If the inverstors stay calm & give him time to comeout... of the court cases & set the office in order. He should be able to start teh schemes again. There are more chances of reviwal of the company & schemes but with reduced interest some where around 20-22 %. My CA believes the money has not gone as there are hugh investments & properties owned by the company. And with the reviving economy company should get ggod returns for the investments. Only time is the key. All depends on how long can teh investors stand by the company. Read More

I agree with Faishaad09 provided there is some visibility & transparency. Surety of non erosion of capital is important in the days to come. If Mr. Masood is in a position to build that confidence. I would not mind reinvesting the recovered dues in the company for a longer term.
