High Court has given order. Anticipating this in advance only, Masood moved to Supreme Court before 10th Nov.
We have to wait till 13th Nov judgement.
Something good is surely happening guys.
Otherwise we can talk to kalimullah khan regarding this.
If Masood gets arrested also...he can come ou...t within hours. He got a gang of advocates to take him out.

Dear All,
Keep some more patience. Things are moving according to court order. 14th Oct meeting's outcome has been put in front of court.
Now court is taking time to approve the scheme of arrangement.
Secondly City has aksed for police protection to open offices ...again which Court has not app...roved yet.

Just now spoke to City’s main advocate Virendra Maurya @ 09892200888.
He confirmed that everything would be fine once the court gives order to open offices with police protection.
He told that obviously by 1st week of November they would be able to open offices across India. Once the offices get o...pened, work would start and you can start expecting your payment by Jan 2010.
Asking whether the company has money or not, he told company has enough money to pay...if not, they would have declared themselves bankrupt long back.
Asking, if the company opens, whether balance principle would be given back with 7% interest or company is going to start new schemes also...he told..that has to be decided by the company whether to start the new scheme or not but only after the offices open..
He also told that because of the impatience of investors only for filing FIRs, things are getting more delayed and complicated.
So, please wait till the court gives them permission to open offices with police protection.
Asking why Mr.Masood is not opening mouth, he told that until all the things get cleared, company wont open mouth every now and then.
So guys, wait few more days....let the offices open, things would be fine.

Dear Kaly and other intelligent investors...whats the bottom line of this paper cutting review?...Is it giving any positive sign that we get back our money or its giving negative sign that we won't get.
Please let me know. As far as Times of India is concerned, till now it has always given negati...ve feedback and said bad about City.
When Unnikrishnan is giving so much effort in his column, why their TV channel Times Now is not saying a single word about this?
Something wrong i believe.
When City Limouzine is at stake..how come another same firm AIM LIMOUZINES is doing tremendous business in Mumbai??
No one speaks about this....People are purposely behind City it seems...

Dear krvivek2, u r absolutely correct. Dont loose cool.
On Nov 3rd, City would appeal in Mumbai High Court for police protection for opening offices.
Once the permission is granted, they wd open offices everywhere with police protection.
I know that all of us are sad, depressed and loosing hop...e day by day.
But only Mr.Masood and his company must be knowing what technical problems they are facing to speak openly...or fulfill commitment.
Its also confirmed today that CCS in Hyderabad has stopped investigation against City as per Hyderabad High Court order.
So something good is definitely happening.
Today came to know from rajdr comments they have gone to Chennai high court also.
At least City people are moving their bodies and doing something positive instead of sitting idle.
Lets hope for the best guys.

Still..im saying..be positive..Masood is moving with his lawyers to different states to open offic...es and resume function.

Just came to know from a Mumbai friend cum investor that the offices are opening by 1st week of November and the payment would start by 15th November for those who only got receipts and no file at all.
When i asked him about the authenticity of this statement, he told that an oldest in...vestor who is his friend and investing past 15 years with City is directly speaking with Mr.Kesar Baig, the chief accountant of City.
Previously around 15 years back, City Limouzine started in the name of City Money. Naturally, City gives certain sort of respect and value to few of its oldest customers who kept faith with them from the very beginning.
We invested only when the company is old and running well. But these few investors took risk and invested when the company just opened.
Mr.Baig also told that company wants to be in the market and most probably would come up with the new scheme of Rs 4500/- per month for an investment of 1.5 lakhs and the benefit would be a bonus of rs 1 lakh after the 3rd year.
Hope this comment of mine would be liked by few only and would be disliked by a lot of people who already lost hope on the company.
