Old Structure, Not Well Maintained!

Sea Crown honestly felt quite dated the moment I stepped in. The building looks old, and the common areas weren’t as well-maintained as I expected and the overall vibe was dull; I didn’t get a sense of long-term upkeep that one has when seeing a newly developed project. Even the surrounding lanes felt congested. It just didn’t match what I had in mind when I checked out the listing online.
