RUPAREL MILLENIA - NO ONE KNOWS ANYTHING

All the promises made by the developer now seem completely misleading. Even their own customer support team has no clarity on when possession will actually be given, nor do they have any proper update regarding the RERA extension.

The original possession was promised for December 2025, but as of now, only basic RCC work has been completed up to a few floors far from a finished structure.

Ive also noticed complaints already filed on RERA by other buyers. If there is any existing owners group, I request you to please connect with me so we can come together and take collective action for our homes.

Its extremely disappointing to see such delays, especially considering the poor track record of the developer(Ruparel) in delivering projects on time.

A word of caution to anyone planning to invest please do thorough research before putting your hard-earned money into such projects.
