My experience so far has been pretty rough, mainly because the building hasn’t held up well after possession. The elevators have broken down multiple times, and a couple of neighbours even got stuck inside, which is honestly scary. Internal finishing issues like bad flooring and faulty bathroom fittings were brushed off by the builder. The high maintenance charges don’t match the quality of services delivered, and the management barely takes responsibility when something goes wrong.
