Not everything is rosy with Athena. Many residents complain about shockingly high maintenance fees that don’t match up to the amenities they’re offered. They have flagged poor drainage systems, which is a big deal in monsoons, and with parking being limited, the new residents moving in have no option but to sometimes park outside the main road, which isn’t just inconvenient but risky, too. Also, the construction quality has been questioned, making some buyers feel that they’re paying bandra-level money for less-than-bandra-level value.
