I Like it. It was in my budget earlier. But now price goes some higher. Now I still want 2 more buy in this same location. But now I need more budget.

Investment purpose best project as I have already invested iam getting good rental value as of now iam happy in that friendly budget

Don't make your decision based on these reviews. Yes there was a delay in Phase 1. Phase 2 they are doing it very well. You can ask phase 1 people who are staying there about the speed of phase 2 construction. Definitely the best price in the best location in Hyderabad

We have bought a flat in Hillcrest Phase 2. As if now they are doing construction on very fast face. Hope phase 2 will be delivered on time. Victims of phase 1 are trying to spread negativity on project. GO and visit and make your decision. As RERA is in place phase 2 for sure will deliver on time

Project is centrally located and it is inside the ring road with very good connectivity. We liked the location and booked 2 bhk 866 sft in C Block. No regrets on price.

I really like the connectivity. Everything is bery good and convenient. You get to love in the centre of financial district which is truly fab.

Last couple of months there has been lots of positive outcomes for the project. Hillcrest by Pacifica phase1 has received Occupancy Certificate, Families have moved-in and staying there, Gym, and 24hrs Power back-up now available.

Have researched so many other localities but Hillcrest is one of the best properties for the family and couples both amazing quotation has been offered by their employess.

Such a nice ambiance, Great facilities has been offered by their sales persons and they value our time and money provided possession on time.

So we visited the project named hillcrest pacifica and their employess are such in a great manner and very polite

Strongly recommended to everyone who is looking for a perfect home nice place to stay at any floor and it is so relaxed environment over their and so good with amenities

Delivery time despite due to Covid. But quality of construction is good. Good to see a developer who has delivered despite all the setbacks of covid. Already received my home and love the place.

Got good profit on sale. That's why I change my review. I booked in phase 2. Saw the development in phase 1 and I am convinced this is the right place for us. Good developer and great location. If you really want to increase your price in few time then you get good output here. Make patience for getting better result.

I sell my property and I got profit in it. First I thought its not give result. But Now all okay that's why I change review. One of the safest places in Financial district. Love the planning and I personally got a great deal compared to the overpriced units in this area.

I Invest and now get profit that's the reason for change this review. Great location and genuinely good pricing. I don't see a better value proposition here. Although I must admit, got a lot of negative feedback from builders nearby, but they also seemed angry that this was priced lower than them. Finally took a call based on customer feedback of people who have purchased in phase 1. Bought and happy.
