Mittal builders in partnership with ABC properties constructed 24 carats project in Pradhikaran, Pune. They sold it as luxury flats, which cost every house owner here a bomb, and a lifetime savings invested. If you look at the quality of construction, you'd be amazed that it really cost that money, pathetic construction. All bathroom tiles are already breaking up, ceiling and bathroom leakage already detected in year 1, the entrance lobby cover is pathetic made of cheap polycarbonate which is in the worst condition. The structure holding that polycarbonate is also pathetic nand would not pass any engineer's test. Their. Engineers (Kishore More) keeps saying the construction is always like this and don't forget expect 100% quality and finishing regardless of amount of money paid. I would not recommend any properties with these 2 builder's to buy . You can come and check my flat and you'll know what I am referring to.

Its a awesome surrounding. its make a gud experience for how to live. all facilities are available for near by. so buy your dream house for early. water and air are the main important things for human life these two are more pure for this palce. why wait go quick and buy your dream house. thanks .

Builder delayed possession by 2 ys. Poor construction. Promises not met. Marble floor already cracking. Uncovered parking provided after promising covered. Flooring coming off. Bad engineering. Space wastage in beams and borders.

AFter booking, they will stop taking your calls, will be rude to you.
