Marathon realty doing fraud with costumer as not diliver flat within time period always postponed date after full payment , also costumer care department sending demand letter without completion of work..also possession delay by 2-3 yrs .
I requesting to all costumer to not invest ur valuable money with such fraud developer & rude staff & costumer care.

Marathon realty doing fraud with costumer as not diliver flat with material as mention agreement also costumer care department sending demand letter without completion of work. Area of flat also not getting match with approved plane in agreement.also possession delay by 2-3 yrs .
