I booked the flat in the year 2017 when intial work start and paid token amount. Upto 2018 the constructionwas smooth and even constant demands were raising. The project was originally funded by PNB housing, later move to HDFC and then after Piramal Realty.


Now, construction works have been completely stopped. No one is picking up call...no one is replying over the email.


It felt like Man Relaty deceited us....

They are giving wrong commitments every time on possesion they told it will be done on Jan 2021 now they are saying 2023it's been more than 1.3year no work is happening frompast 1 year I am fighting for cancellation of my flat no one is responding and no proper answer now they are saying builder doesn't have money
