M3M India is one of the leading real estate development companies in the country. However, their services and products leave a lot to be desired.

The quality of their construction is highly questionable and the building materials they use are subpar. The quality of the paint used often fades after a few years, and the tiles and other materials used are of low quality. Additionally, their customer service is very poor. The staff is unhelpful, unprofessional and often rude.

The maintenance of their properties is also poor. The apartments are often in need of repairs, yet nothing is ever done about it. In addition, the company often fails to follow through with the promises they make.

The prices they ask for their properties are also quite high. Considering the low quality of their products, the high prices are not justified.

Overall, M3M India is not a good choice for those looking for quality real estate services or products. Their products are of low quality, their customer service is poor and their prices are too high.

M3M is a cheat, they sold m3m skywalk in sector 74 Gurugram without rera and promised interest in return if we pay minimum 20% and anything above that. Now that we have paid the amount, they are denying the claim and saying it is only applicable if you would have paid 50% which we could not as for that we needed loan(which cannot be taken without RERA).M3M falsely promised and tricked us to invest in the property by showing returns and scheme and did not provide any proper documents as well. Never go for M3M, they show fake plans and returns and fool you to invest in it and then back out and don’t comply to what they promised.

We could have used the money that we already paid and invested it somewhere else and earned interest from it but now our money is blocked, and we are not getting anything on it. When we are trying to reach out it took months to get some response from M3M and that too was just to say they cannot do anything in this matter.

M3M is fraud company. They cheat customers, as they pay bribes and get black money of officials and politicians invested in their projects. Complaints made to HRERA, CM, PM, however no change in illegal practices of M3M. They are going to run away taking thousands of crores of public and bank money. Reported to RBI and banks also, however they are sleeping, as they know about fraud practices of M3M India. Lease Guarantee schemes are like ponzy schemes. Total fraud company, going to collapse soon.

I totally disapprove M3M as a credited builder. it probably spends crores of rupees on marketing and bringing new marketing tricks to sell their property, including assured rentals and what not. I can surely say this a just a hoax and it's only and only a trick to lure genuine people. when a common man who gets lured with their heavy investment marketing gimmicks then turn their backs, no assured rentals, no answering of phone calls by them. these builders should realise it's the common mans tax payers hard earned money that they are using for their petty gains and to grow their empires upon. unless educated people like us raise their voices against them, they will continue to bug and bite us.
