Small Project With Limited Upside!

Review on Luv Kush, Chembur, Mumbai

I found the project quite underwhelming. Why?... Amenities are minimal and almost bare-bones. There isn’t much information available about long-term maintenance. Even the building size limits community facilities. It doesn’t feel future-ready and only seems good if expectations are kept low.
