Please be cautious while purchasing plots in Janapriya. I paid a token amount of INR 5, 00, 000 in May, and despite multiple follow-ups, my refund has still not been processed. Before taking the token amount, the team was very responsive, but after the payment, my calls were not answered consistently and the refund has been delayed without any clear timeline. you can call to me 955015xxxx


I am currently pursuing all possible steps to recover my amount. I am preparing to file a formal complaint with RERA and HMDA regarding the handling of my refund and the lack of proper communication. I will continue to take necessary action until my amount is returned.
