Recently visited dream world city, i was quite impressed with their style of architecture and the cordial marketing team but i am not sure about the location since it is bit far from the metro station which is still upcoming.

A very well maintained township with lots of amenities over there. The buildings are well structured. Also the staff at the site location are very friendly. They behave well with you which I have not seen at other under construction sites. Bit Outskirts but connected with facilities. Looking forward to quick completion of Joka Metro

I came across this project of Jain group a few months back. I was actually looking for a flat close to my office in New Town and this one is located pretty close to my office. Exactly opposite to eco park, this upcoming project comes with a lot of amenities. Most importantly, it's a smart home. What else would u look for in that budget. However, am waiting for the project to get completed soon.

Had a visit to Jain Group's Dream one which is located in Joka. The price is affordable and the architectural design is good. I specially like the community hall and the multi gym. But I think it is located in an area where you might face transportation problem. But again it is very close to the proposed Joka metro and when the metro will start, the communication problem will be overcomes. However a smart invest for the future.

Jain Group is the most unethical builder in Kolkata Real-Estate sector. They do not follow any law/regulations made by the government and always have an intention to cheat customers and make money by whatsoever way, that is their ultimate motto.

Though the company is registered with HIRA but they didn't left a single chance to make the clause amended exclusively for the personal interest and to make money out of it, which is completely against the HIRA Law.

I am one of the victim/sufferer who had invested on their Dream World City Project and got cheated. It's not a London Project, it's a London Honey Trap.

I would request not to invest your heard earned money on Jain Group.

Jain Group is a reliable group.The management looks into the requirements of the customers personally and also addresses the problems, if any.They have come up with homes for affordable segment as well.Hope they fulfill all their commitments on time.Good Work!

Dream World City is a great conceptual piece of art. I went for a site visit and was really impressed with the cordial marketing team. The maintance of the site is also okay. Planning to book a flat there. Hoping for a good stay.

Jain Group has brought projects for middle -class people like us.Infrastructure is really good, respresenting different countries. The quality of cement used is also good.

Went for a site visit to Dream World City.The construction pace is really fast.The team is very welcoming.There is a market nearby, but the traffic is a problem.

Dream World City is a township project in the affordable segment for the people.It is absolutely an architectural wonder.The amenities are also very impressive.However, just waiting for faster completion of the project.

Visited Dream World City. Affordable price. The concept seems interesting. Nice one. The location is a bit far from the Joka metro but I liked it.
