Fake commitments, false advertisements, possession without Occupancy certificate, forcefully takes positive reviews in writing from Flat buyers. Delayed possession and no compensation. The staff is unprofessional and most of them from Bihar- UP, they Sales reps and site office engineer will disappear after you book the flat. The builder will force you to take handover of the society . They play common tricks you by holding your cheque for 15 days so that you cannot cancel the Flat booking without penalty. Ganga Aurum society has put the case in court for common amenities. In notice said that, Amber people can not access common amenities ( Club house + play area) No pcmc drinking water, no soft usage water, no cctv, no authorised security service Available. People are Just started living and Leakage in some flats.

Since last 2 year, I have been looking for a home for my family as I was living in a rented apartment for last 10 years. After a long research I got to know about Goel Ganga Deployments. They have some of the best real estate projects in Pune city. I have invested in a 2BHK apartment in Ganga Amber and sooner I'll be getting the possession of my project.

Booked flat in Ganga Amber in 2017 and still have not recieved possession. Right now now they are saying they will give possession without OC which is against law. No communication for compensation. Sample flat is also different than what was promised and given flat has many quality issues.
