The location of the society is very very good- On Dwarka expressway and very near to Jaipur highway. Residents have made a very very big mistake and they are not rectifying their mistake- RWA is not formed yet even when 600 families are living in the society. Stop the infighting, which is incited deliberately to benefit the Maintenance company, so that formation of RWA is delayed. One thing this Society needs most at present- Regular Maintenance not just related to sanitation and cleaning, but cementing and whitewashing on regular intervals which is possible only when RWA is formed. All the owners need to fill and submit that one Form of registration- to become resident/owner member by paying Rs-1000/- fees and fix a date for nomination and election of RWA members. Those who are deliberately delaying this process must be kept at bay. Check for seepage, sewage, water draining, rectify properly wherever problems are identified in an organized manner. Also please change the paint-colour of this society from blue-collar to white-collar. If all this is done. This Society will be as good as any other High-End Luxury Society.

It's totally worth it to invest in this project because of its prime location.

It's located on Dwarka expressway and is just 1 drive from nh 8. And in the upcoming years the rates in New Gurgaon will be increased.

Antriksh Height is located in sec-84, gurugram, dwarka expressway, & is well connected to the prime habitated sectors of new gurgaon at very affordable price, & the best part is that carpet area is amazing at this price however, society is not that much beautiful, but as per RWA of this society is ensuring to take all the required measure to complete the pending work, left by the b

I found the location quite nice. This project has delayed a lot but that because it was a joint project, anyone looking to buy would be in better situation because it is ready to move compared to many upcoming and under construction projects, the quality is decent enough but don't expect DLF etc.

Project started in 2008 and no compensation for delay.

JLL is service provider and poorest standard while rate is maximum.

construction quality is poor and no one to help.

Don't buy any project from this cheating builder.

Talking to builder is like breaking head on wall. No logical response or date to address concerns.

Just a way to make fool of customer and let them die in pity .

Recently I visited this project. This project is situated on Dwarka Expressway very good connectivity and project carpet area in flats are good and how the price of flats are very good for location of Dwarka Expressway. Lots of new budget are also coming near this project. Project is ready to move in.
