RENU GOWDA CR - An Urban Naxalite and Public Thief

I am a resident of Bindu Amulya Apartments, Anjanangara, Magadi Main Road Bangalore. This builder is from Gujarat and his name is Jayesh Shah, a number one public cheater. The civil engineer who constructed this building is a Kannadiga Mr. Renu Gowda CR, another masterpiece for public cheating. I knew Renu Gowda's father and his family for more than 25 years. Renu Gowda's father is a very nice gentleman. Based on his recommendation only I purchased this flat 14 years ago. Generally while purchasing something valuable, we go with known people to avoid getting cheated. Because Renu Gowda's father suggested I bought this flat(based on the trust and faith we enjoy each other), otherwise I was planning to go with another property in Nagarabhavi. He advised me not to go anywhere else, but to buy an apartment which his son Renu Gowda is constructing. But after coming here I realized the hard truth. Renu Gowda had joined hands with builder Jayesh Z Shah in cheating people. Renu Gowda has taken huge benefits from builder Jayesh Shah and helped Jayesh to loot people and escape. Even after 14 years the works were not completed. Many flats are leaking, they have not bothered to repair. People realized leakages only after occupying the flats.

Renu Gowda along with other thugs like Prasad Modak, K Mahesh(#006), Chethan Mallesh, Paresh Champa etc and with Builder Jayesh Shah did apartment maintenance for nearly 8-9 years without giving any accounts and by forcefully collecting cash. They did not form association or opened bank account to handle maintenance fee. Rather they demanded cash from residents and run the show without showing expenses or reports. People's hard money was looted by these thieves. When few residents demanded accounts of expenses and records for apartment maintenance, these goondas harassed and threatened those residents. When some residents offered maintenance fee in cheque, this Renu Gowda and group did not accept the cheque and demanded only cash. When cash payment was denied by residents, Renu Gowda and group threatened those families and issued life threat for few people. Once Renu Gowda disconnected the electricity connection of the families who demanded accounts and one family approached police station against Renu Gowda during the night. After humiliated by police he restored electricity connection fearing legal consequences. This man thinks he can do anything for the sake of money. His father is a gentleman and son is a goonda. This shameless Renu Gowda has given heavy torture to few families who demanded accounts of maintenance and questioning builder's pending works. Ideally he should be in jail for family harassment, goondagiri and stealing people's hard earned money. It is also well known that for one resident(a very poor family) he attempted physical assault for questioning builders works.

His father gave Renu Gowda a good education which is more than sufficient to make a livelihood. But this man has forgotten that and joined hands with fraudster from Gujarath to cheat people of Karnataka. Making quick money by shortcut methods, extorting money by harassment, fooling innocent people are his principles of life. He has damaged his father's reputation for his lust and greed. I trusted his father and bought this flat and this 420 son has spoiled everything. Even an earthworm knows how to earn 3 times food, even a bird weaves nest for its offsprings. But this professional criminal Mr. Renu Gowda(a diploma holder in Civil Engineering) has joined with another thief to loot innocent families. Does his education hold any value here?

For any outside people it is difficult to cheat people without local people support. For the sake of money this ruthless Renu Gowda has back-stabbed people of Karnataka by helping Jayesh Shah to cheat residents. Ideally he should have strengthened the father's name/fame, but he spoiled it. It is not just me, but there are few other people who came here with Renu Gowda fathers recommendation and suffered. Renu Gowda is a perfect example of son spoiling father's reputation. Renu Gowda along with a local politician has given unbearable torture to few families who raised voice against the builders atrocities and fraudulent activities. Many poor families have shed their tears due to the torture given by Renu Gowda. God will not forgive this man.
