Well I would say VKC DEVELOPERS I have ever seen the worst builders ever with their plans construction delay and found them so unprofessional into everything,

1.Manor-phase 1

a.fully deviated and they don't have proper approvals(OC)

b.within one year span of time their bore-wells have dried up so there is always a tanker coming in of water its soo pathetic and hazardous to live inn there.

MANOR-2

1.TOTAL DELAY this project was started in 2011 and still is yet to complete with the same problem of WATER, DEVIATION NO SBI Approval and it has been their profession to eat up the 60% carpet AREA, in fact all the projects of theirs are the same lot of illegal issues which they hide from the clients.

1.what a location and they have repeated their same vengeance, they have really messed up with the project, i feel pity on them to SPOIL it, they don't have approvals for the 9th and 10th floor and their UDS is very low like peanut they say it 1 acre project which is not I found it very small I being a retired government servant I don't feel there is any kind of logic in their project I would say its complete bullshit and fake enough.

the project is in a mess and already delayed for almost 5 years,

it is a shame to call them as builders,

I purchased one apartment in Manor 1 Good apartment with Mexican style of kitchen plan that what I attracted to purchase and construction quality is good and even though after handing over to association these people are taking care.

All the works or complaint regarding fitting and they promise me tiles and given granite they are very transparent in legal aspect even now I am having all the legal documents of the property that the way they treating .

I saw a review I dnt knw that which vkc developer he is telling I am telling about VKC Developers Pvt.ltd. Venture of Chourasia groups.

Chourasia is a big company and well known in industry I dont think saw they will cheat I thnk they only build Hyd satyam and all. if we visit the website itself we will come to knw. Anyway I am satisfied and I refer my relatives. and friends to Manor 2 also.No worries. I thnk the review which is there about some other builder or it is a fake review from compitators.

Hey I bought the flat in vkc chourasia Manor 2, it really worked out for me. Price is good, specifications are good. Moreover, I liked the connectivity. It is 1 km from ORR but nearer to schools. I want my kid to walk to the school and avoid taking school bus. We all know about school buses, 15 year old buses repainted with braking issues and rash driving, news about school bus tragedies.

I was scared for my kid's safety, I searched properties for months that could yield good  Appreciation, also very close to good schools. Done the Bank process also. I consulted many people, took time, compared all the projects, spent time on internet, talked to close ones. Talked to people in vkc, twice I met them in week time, talked my bank, got their suggestion as well. Nearby big builders also started their projects.

They have another project next to School and is in pre launch stage chourasia Pride, I liked pre Launch Property first but I had to stretch my budget a bit for that, I have other commitments also so I went with under construction Manor Phase 2. People in the real estate told me that with the change of govt, more infrastructure projects could come around bangalore, and I know govt is going to increase the guidance rate also I had to make suitable investment also.

I bought a flat in VKC. Very good customer service, kept promise. I am referring it to my colleagues, one bought already from VKC. We are happy with them. Hope Investment turns out well.

Approach road is bit narrow, but after reaching there liked the Project. Floor plan is good. It is in BBMP limits, which means secured investment.

Worth to buy a flat of this developers they have a good customers relationship with a customers but little slow in their construction the quality of the construction is better .the location is good and amenities is better

I Booked in VKC Manor 2 Only I enquired all the apartments near by there but I finalized vkc because it is the only trusted approved builder with reasonable rate in that area.

And I don't think that the real owner of the apartment never try to depreciate their property by giving all these reviews.
