I honestly walked in expecting more from The Baya Victoria, but the moment I saw the actual apartment sizes, the claustrophobic feeling of being boxed in instantly crept in. The project feels squeezed into a tight plot, and the surroundings don’t help to forget that feeling either. Even the entrance looked underwhelming, and I didn’t get that “this is home” vibe at all. For the price they’re quoting, I expected better space planning. And honestly, it just didn’t feel worth it to me.

When I checked out The Baya Victoria, I didn’t expect it to feel this well-planned for its size. The flats are compact, but the layout makes them feel way more spacious than the square footage. The location is super central; I mean, literally everything is within a short drive or not too long a stride. Construction quality seemed decent, and the overall ambience felt warm, not overwhelming. It’s that kind of project that works for someone who wants Byculla convenience without the showy price like Bandra.
