My experience with the owner of E803 in Supertech Hues was very disappointing. I never received my security deposit back despite repeated follow-ups, and there were several unjustified charges. The dealing felt unprofessional and the flat/society had issues like poor water supply and maintenance. Please be cautious before renting here.

My experience with this property was extremely distressing. There was a serious lack of transparency, with charges that felt excessive and repeatedly changed, creating a strong impression of unfair and misleading practices.


Especially the local goons.


The society and the apartment itself felt shady, poorly managed, and carried a very negative, unsettling environment that affected mental peace throughout the stay. I would strongly caution anyone to verify every detail in writing before considering this place.

Extremely disappointing experience in Thugs Society has been extremely disappointing. The property dealer, Sahil Yadav, was very unprofessionalonce the commission was taken, there was no support for any issues faced afterward. The owner of E-803 was also very difficult to communicate with and insisted on full rent even though the property was handed over in a damaged condition.


The society has several major problems:


Waterlogging


Regular water scarcity


Confusing electricity billing


Stray dog issues


No proper parking


Overall poor maintenance


Living here became mentally exhausting because none of these concerns were taken seriously. I would strongly advise others to think carefully before shifting here.

Supertech Forefeit Booking Amount if Cancellation

If you are going to book a Flat with Supertech, Be very Careful . The offers will look really good only on paper but ICICI bank has black listed them and they generally get their Loan financed from L&T , who will approve your loan and send papers to Supertech guys without even you knowing it .


They have also renamed Hues to Jade Towers to confuse buyers so that they feel its a fresh project and people can book it . Somehow if you get stuck and do the Booking they will Forefeit the Booking Amount if you go for a Cancellation. This is not a RERA Rule , its Supertech Rule .


The only time you will meet these people is before booking , after that you will not be able yo track them . There are many at my workplace who are suffering one way or the other with Supertech, so if you want to suffer , go ahead and make your booking with Supertech !!
