This housing project which is now completed is waiting for OC for more than an a year. What has been surprising is the new construction of 4bhk tower in 2023 when other towers are not handed over to buyers. The approach road is developing and in next year of 2025 it possibly would be in better shape.

I have seen completion date of 31Dec2026 in internet but builder will not acknowledge that.

They always mention that 5 towers are completed and OC is applied which will come anytime. The good thing is that some towers are indeed complete. The. Construction quality would be known only when people start living since this project is delayed by 5years plus. There are multiple housing projects which started later than Melia which have been completed and people add already staying however surprisingly Melia has not been able to get OC for even a single tower whose construction is complete.

Only builder knows the actual truth. For homebuyers who invested in this project it’s a endless wait to get possession.

This housing project is completed and OC has been received for towers A, D, E and F.

I have also received offer for possession in January-25.

The project invested with lot of dreams and hope is delayed for several years. While a new date of 2023 delivery is being promised however not sure whether it’s a genuine. The builder has stopped answering calls and responding to emails. Hence not sure what’s in store for future

Pathetic company, they don't have funds to complete there projects , never ever invest in the project , Melia is delayed for last 8 years pathetic company.

They say laburnum name but don't have anything on papers for that project fraud , company

I visited this project by Silverglades this weekend along with my family.

Although the project is delayed by almost 2-3yrs, but still according to the price and current construction status i am planning to invest in the project.

i have read reviews of other investors also.

Thats a concern but by checking this builders past record of delivery of projects i am pretty much satisfied.

My verdict is yes becoz at this price and stage of construction.Definately one can consider buying in this project.

I bought a flat in silverglades melia project in Sohna, and they promised delivery in 3 years as standard format. However, even after 6 years of launch, the project has not been completed and this shows way too unprofessional behaviour by the builder. They dont even bother to call up the investors and apologise for the delays. No work ethics or morals . The builder just wants to make money . But how long can he survive on others money . Builder will be prosecuted to hell in his afterlife and his future generations will be physically and mentally challenged , thats my curse . Idiot builder.
