I have never faced such unprofessional and unthical people in my life. 100% crooks and 100% fraud. I am stuck with 2 acres of land. Paid all the money and these people are very polite till they receive the money and after receiving the money they will just ask stop communicating. their modus operandi is to make good use of people's vulnerability and the fact that is is difficult for people to get together and fight. We all need to find a way to connect with each other and start the fight with this. As someone has mentioned a complaint with the consumer forum of the government, a complaint with the financial crime cell of Police, the revenue department etc has to be filed. These people are just using our money interest free. It seems the cancellation of the bookings is also almost impossible, they will just not pay, delay it as much as possible. We need to act and act fast.

These are fraud, they will keep insisting on money without any documentation. Once you gave money your are in trap, they will not sell property even if they execute sell deed, you won't get possession. Let's connect for further legal action. 973. OO. xx. xxx.

Well at the outset, I missed the reviews here, had I read these reviews earlier, I wouldnt have purchased agricultural land from these people. Unfortunately I am also stuck up with these guys, having paid the money, they dont update you, they just dont feel the need to give you any inputs on the status of the registration. They mentions in their advts about the transparent pricing, clear title etc etc but anything about that is hardly true. I think every one should register a complaint with the police about the fraud, register a complaint on the grievance portal of the Govt, and also file a legal suit against them.

These people are just misusing our vulnerability and we lack the collective bargaining abilities. The best way is to get together and start posting negative reviews on all platforms about these people. Also initiate legal action u/s420 for misrepresenting, fraud and misusing the money. Their project does not fall under Maharera, the only option is to file a legal suit against them. I would be happy to join the group for collective action.

These two guys in the company are worst Vijay and Vrushali, extremely arrogant and big liers.

I have been facing tremendous issues with this company. Please do not invest with them at all. Nothing holds true with what they say. They are holding my dues, and have zero cooperation or authenticity for a matter of fact. We are forming a group to sort these issues out and seek legal help. Review for others so that they do not get into a grind with them with their hard earned money.

Dont pay a single penny to these guys.they will NEVER honour their commitments, Only God or they know when they will hand over the land and the title documents.be VERY VERY CAREFUL.Prefer not to deal with such people.

they are very help full I am happy with service

Samrajya Reality or Paradise Landmark or Supreme Reality Pune with office in Shivaji Nagar are owned by one and same. Santosh Seu Pawar.They have many sister organizations. StarGaze, SpriteWash and many more. Primarily it is owned by one or two people Santosh Sue Pawar being one of them.There are several staff who take people in cars to various sitesfor displaying their lands.

They do not get into registered agreements and insist on payment and direct sale deed.

They only provide receipts for payments which they insist from day one and those are in the name of different organizations:- Samrajya Reality or Paradise Landmark or Supreme Reality.

Till the time you pay they will talk sweet. Once payment is done one will see the other side. Utter arrogance.

They don't pick phones. Customer is treated like dirt and if you question then one will see the arrogant side.

The buyers are ignorant of land related documents and the process of purchase and this works to their advantage.

For any land or property deal it is essential to have a registered agreement before paying any amount.

The actual land and 7/12 should be matched on survey nakasha.

It is essential to do title search.

Only after registered agreement & title search proceed for payment and sale deed.

We need to form a group of people who have been duped by these people and fight legal case collectively to get back our money with interest.

We need to circulate and inform our friends, relatives not only against Santosh Seu Pawar, Priyanka Pawar but also their staff involved in this fraud.

Be extremely cautious making any transaction with this developer.

Will not respond to any of your calls or support you once he recieves the money. Try to avoid and go for some reputed builder.

Dubious developer. Lot of cases are against him.

I have given booking on 27th Oct, got good feedback from MD of this company n now I am happy n hope I will get same support.
