Even the common areas feel dated and need renovation. The parking slots are limited if you own an SUV. Overall, it’s livable, but not future-ready.

Rock Enclave surprised me with how peaceful it felt despite being situated in Kandivali. The insides of the flats are well-ventilated and fairly spacious for the area. The already shifted neighbours seem cooperative, further giving it a sense of community. Lifts, maintenance, and basic security arrangements are in place, so it’s comfortable for long-term living.
