Good project but delayed a lot without any clarity

Project was good during launch but now they lost track and have no clarity of handover. Dec 2025 was originally touted while selling but gradually lost traction. they kept endorsing in their website about Dec 2025 till mid 2025 to sell more leftover units but was forced to remove as customers started asking questions. Now when asked neither sales nor CRM has clarity and they always quote the RERA date of June 2026. While other competing nearby projects were handed over On or before timeline Ramky Odyssey has been an example where it s more than 6 month delayed from commitment given during sales by falling back to their RERA timeline which is a big concern for customers as they have taken 95% payment and sitting on it since last 1 year. Moreover the front part os blocked by Ramky One Astra their low budget low rise project. It is G+14 One tower G+20 but it almost kills the ORR view from Tower A and B upto 25-28th floor. tower C backside still has open view of Goshala land and HareKrishna tower which si under construction.

Its open from all four sides with no high rise in the vicinity. next to 65 acres of goshala and isckon land, and next to lake along with road. only building in vicinity is vertex panache which is small and ramky astra which is 14 or 19 floors and only on one side
