We have taken H-702 flat from Mr. Singh on february 2021 and after vacating yesterday he has unnecessary adjustments from our security. Rent increases with out revised agreement and further charged extra rent above 30 days.

Please be mindful before taking this flat.

Society is good but FM office sucks. There is one accountant who thinks of himself as Owner of Mahindra aura. Most of the time water problem is there so they need to call tanker and water is very hard in the society. My personal experience is below average.

Hello guys i am one of the tenants in mahindra aura .I am staying from past 2 years. I stay in EWS flat..I would like to tell you that this society is so bad in terms of security, maintenace..2 times someone stole petrol from my bike and cut my petrol pipe too.I am not writing this because this incident happened with me but their are many other reasons to write this as they dont give any attention to specially ews block.Their is lot of problem of electricity in this block.So my work was to aware you guys Thanks

I'd highly advise against renting or buying at this place. The management body has zero respect for laws. I was harassed and my movers were literally held hostage at this place when we were leaving. That is, the main office refused to let them leave the complex. I had to get 2 different lawyers to speak to them, to release the movers. So the management of this place are pretty nasty people. My lawyer was ready to call the police regarding that situation, but I declined. I've also heard many public complaints, that they charge between 8000 to 12, 000 rupees a month for maintenance charges. Even I know that is way too high. I'm paying only 1000 rupees a month for maintenance in a gated society with back-up power. So if you are planning on buying here, you need to know they will charge you extremely high monthly rates. If you're planning on renting, be aware that the management of this place are criminals who have zero respect for the law. All in all, I highly recommend against Mahindra Aura.

I was going to buy flat in society but not able to crack the deal. But meanwhile I shifted in the society as tenant.

I just thank to God because after shifting I found r problems.

Flats are actually not sound proof. Even foot steps are heard clearly if somebody is walking in the flat above. Lift traveling sound come in flat clearly.

And Nala next to society still give bed smell.
