First of all I would like to thank you for hosting us at M3M CRM lounge.Our interaction with Ms Neeru Lal and Mr Ashish was quite professional and courteous.I would like to thank M3M for giving birthday surprise.The issue regarding collection of our conveyance deed was quite smooth.Interaction with your leasing team was quite informative.Association with M3M has been quite good over the years.I wish entire M3M family good luck for all future endeavours.

I looked at several properties before finalising M3M Merlin. No other builder was providing these many amenities along with such a luxurious space at this price.

They lure you into investing with 15% interest rentals. In reality they take your money upfront and do not pay any rentals. Customer service is pathetic (the worst on this planet). 50 reminders with no response. Complaints to CEO and founder also do not attract response.


Stay away if you do not want to lose your peace of mind.
