Not trustworthy at all..worst construction quality

Hello All.don't waste your money by booking flat into Global group. I have purchased flat in Global life style Kharadi so sharing my experience.

1) Worst construction quality i) More than 30% flat having a leakage issue within 1 month after possession ii) All over leakage on terrace iii) They forgot to provide AC points on correct spot saying it is engineering fault iv) Promise to provide WIFI but not even provision of broadband cables. v) During heavy rain all over water in basement parking

2) Many false commitment

i) Gym promised but not provided

iii) Luxury lobby promised but not provided

ii) AC points promised but not on correct spot due to engineering fault

iii) Parking choice/priority committed at the time of booking but assigned worst parking

3) Many things hide from us. i) Some flat reserved for MHADA but hide from most of us at the time of booking.

ii) Committed a bigger lobby which give us 3 star hotel feel but then lobby divided into the parking and children play area move from terrace to lobby which give us feel of day care.

iii) At the time of booking we agreed for stack packing but now we see some back to back stack parking.

iv) Many structure changed after booking the flat without informing customers.

4) Zero customer satisfaction

i) We have all society members group and everyone facing lot many issues.

ii) Builder asked us to pay electricity bills generated before possession which they used to complete their internal work.

5) Unprofessional staff i) Before possession they change most of sales team which was there at the time of booking

ii) Most of the employee will not pickup the call after they receive all the money.

iii) By luck if they pickup your phone they will give you next date and again they will not pickup the phone
