The building itself feels cramped, and finding a parking spot is constantly a headache. For the price they quote in this area, I expected better amenities, which clearly weren't delivered. The finishing inside my flat is decent for the price range, and if you’re someone who prefers smaller societies, this place hits the mark well.

La Bellezza turned out better than I could have ever expected. The building sits in a fairly peaceful pocket of Borivali, and that alone was a factor that sold me. My flat feels airy enough, and the day-to-day living has been smooth so far. Even basic amenities work fine, and the society crowd is decent, too. It’s not a flashy project, but for someone who wants calm over drama, it delivers with flying colors.
