This is privately managed township. They charge you hefty amount for yearly maintenance. for the amount one would expect that their complaints/issues are resolved in timely manner or at least get a response as by when issue would be resolved. But this is no place for working professionals. The support staff will make you run around like a government office. I have had better experience dealing with RTO officials than in here.
You lodge a complaint which they can close anytime without even informing you. They would work only 9.30 to 5.30. so if you and your spouse working, then you got only saturday when you can expect them to look at your case. but by that time they would themselves close your case. You call them on saturday, hoping at least today they would look at it, only to find your case has been closed, open a new case, and its not a priority anymore since its new case.
You wait weeks after weeks, only to someday you loose your patience and shout on the help desk person. and only then they will send someone on urgent basis.
but the nightmare is not over yet.. Ticket opened for one department is not routed to another department. They will send electrician at home, he would say all good from my side. ticket will be closed., and new ticket will be opened. And then you again get stuck into same vicious cycle.
If some component has to be replaced, you have to visit their accounts office, pay the amount. then again start requesting for someone to come and replace.
You send email to the management but they will not respond.
overall its not value for your money. People in sales, marketing, and back-office are good.
Hope Amanora management will wake up and fix their support before its too late.

- Thank You! We appreciate your effort.
