Really bad experience with the Quility and Construction Issues

Project Quality is not good

1.Quality of Project is not good, several leakages are found in D and E wings.

  1. Material mentioned in agreement is not same that is used by builder, bad quality tiles and bathroom fittings are used.

  2. Builder is asking very high society maintenance and then too they are charging extra for using all amenities. Example - charges for using Hall are 2000 INR per hour, tennis - 500 INR for 2 hrs and so on.

Already builder is charging 5 RS per Sq. Ft then too amenities are not free.

  1. Possession of C building is delayed, it was promised as per agreement that possession date is Dec-2018 but seeing current situation it seems possession will be given by June 2020.

5.In all project is very bad, don't buy flat in this society as builder is cheating people.
