I highly recommend not to buy a plot at this real-estate company.

I would like to bring to your notice a distressing experience I have had with BBG India Developers LLP, a real estate company based in Hyderabad. In May 2024, I purchased four plots from them, and despite paying the full amount, I have been facing significant delays in getting the plots registered.

Initially, the company informed me that the registration process would take three months. However, it's been over a year, and the registration is still pending. When I tried to contact the real estate agent, Mr. Sudarshan Dornala, and the site admin, Mr. Javeed, Mr. Peramandlu, they kept postponing the registration date citing various reasons, including government approvals and RERA approvals.

What's more concerning is that since March 2025, neither the agent nor the site admin has been responding to my calls, and I have no update on the status of my plot registration. When I contacted the company's customer service number(040-69032244), I was told to contact my agent, which has been unhelpful.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by BBG India Developers LLP.I strongly advise be aware of their customer cheating, and don't run in to nightmares.

I bought plots in 2011 and till today I am not able to find the plots. No assistance from any of them BBG. Four time I visited different ventures sold by them near to it. No maintenanace at all. Its like a jungle. Please do not buy plots from BBG. Theu won't maintain anything. Please save your hard earned money.

BBG is worst real estate company, I strongly recommend not to invest with this realtors. They push you and grab your money. They will be life time delay in registrations. You have to stress out and fight with them every day to get your registration done. please no NRI invest with this realtors. We can't reach out to them and there will be no point of contact to follow up about the registration process.

No Development and no road. Company collected separately for road and development but 5 yrs. Passed still plotting stones not installed.

Beware of this type of fraud company associates and fraud management. They all cheaters and pakka comercial. If any problem after registration there will be no response. Total irresponsible associates, cheaters cheaters.??

I've been an NRI investor with BBG for a few years, and unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing. The initial purchase process was a nightmare, with numerous delays and complications in getting my plot registered.

Customer service has been equally frustrating. It's impossible to speak to a representative directly, as calls are constantly routed incorrectly. Relying solely on agents is risky, as you may lose your point of contact if they resign.

Even when I reached out to a leadership member for help with reselling my plot in Sadashivpet, I received no response.

I strongly advise NRI investors to avoid BBG. The difficulties in getting a return on investment, combined with the poor customer service, make it a frustrating and unreliable experience.

I booked a plot in Vian Valley Phase 2 and made the full payment over a year ago. The registration has still not been completed, and the management has been unresponsive, offering only excuses. I do not recommend purchasing any plots with BBG.

This company is fake, posting job vacancies in social media and job portals, while calling to that contact number they are telling that one particular day and date and asking to bring friends and family members also, when went to that company on that date, they will told us HR is final decision maker and he is on leave and telling that he will come after one week, meanwhile they are telling that need to sit in one meeting hall, after meeting finally I got to know that to show croud and heavy people, they are posting fake job opportunities, only to show the people for that types of people for publicity purpose, after few days while calling to that company person(aravind) still telling that HR is on leave and still salaries not credited, I dont know which company HR will take leave more that one month without paying salaries to staff, so while going to this types of company, friends please cross check and take care.

I have bought a plot at Burgula.. Shadnagar from BBG for 150 sq yards. It was sold stating RRR , Multiple companies etc with high cost. It has been 5 years and the rates there are drastically reduced. They promised the maintenance but the venture has not been maintained at all.. it has become a small jungle and very difficult to identify your plot. I contacted the agent few times complaining regarding the same but no response and they avoid your contact once the land is sold.

I have purchased a plot 2 years back in BBG True Greens 1 project, they have not developed the internal roads and not laid the boundary stones as well

The company gives good deals for land investments but takes a premium which you can save if you go with adjacent properties. I think for the brand name & trust they bring on table the premium justifies it.

We bought one plot at vizag 10 years old grandure-2 still not at all developed 0.1% but they ready to sell more plots. first take written legal doc for when and how its plot going to developed just blindly sell it. this very big cheat but BBG real estate company.

I have paid full amount including registration amount an year back, but still registration not done yet. They are still saying some stories everyday and postponing the dates. There were many plot owners still waiting for registration even after an year in BBG Vian Valley Phase 1.

Concerned sales people not picking up the phones also now.

I am entirely not satisfied with BBG Company I purchased land in the year 2019 ending

Now when I see my Land it is not located to me where exactly it was the numbers had been removed from the stone

I gave so many requests to remove grass from there but no one is responding when I try to sell my land buyers are informing that I have purchased my land at a high cost

I have invested my money in a bad company they have cheated us they informed us at the time of buying land that we will take care of our land for the upcoming 10 Years

Now I call someone to clean that area where my land is exactly located as he is informing me that they will remove grass in summer but not now

I my self worked as an associate in BBG INDIA group for more than 4 years in Team Avengers(old).The company is trusted. But some marketing peoples are cheaters. After my long journey with BBG I left the companyand joined in other company due to wrong peoples.

I also purchased 2 plots in BBG, They are providing link documents. but most of the customers not happy including me because of at the time of plot purchasing they told that we will provide the 10 years maintenance, making roads, drainge system. Yesterday also I went to site there in no development, even plot marking also not visible correctly. compared with other organizations bbg is worst organization in development issue.
