I began my search for a property 6months ago. Visited aliens space station and loved the concept but then everyone from friends and family just rejected it outright. Post this I came close to booking myhome Krishe in resale but I guess my heart was set at this concept.

So I visited again last month and since I am a banker - Ex yes bank, Ex-IDBi, I did my fair share of research on what they are saying- Swamih fund, Edelweiss, Rera etc. I met the MD, JMD whom, going by the reviews here, I thought were going to be some arm-twisting, rude folks turned out to be the most humble beings. I verified every detail and booked my home 2000+ sqft in building 8.

It is yesterday that my sales rep reached out to me to post my experience and I figured I'll do this out of respect and in the interest of educating fellow folks.

SOme pointers: Pls negotiate, I believe they will go down below 7000psf base price.

Take the units facing clubhouse for wind circulation(forgetting the unit name)

And yes, ask them to forget about facing charges.

Will see fellow residents here in 2025.:)

I'm looking at bumper returns here as well just like my other investments- in Stocks- Titan, Tata Elxsi, Indiamart, In properties- Hiranandani(2002, bombay), Hill Ridge(2004, Gachibowli) and now Aliens Space Station(2023. Telapura)

So, after checking all the reviews here. I decided to visit the property last month. Already being a property owner in Gurgaon, I wanted to see properties in Hyderabad and this property's name is something I've been hearing for a long time.

So decided to visit all the shortlisted properties in a span of 8-9 days. I was surprised to firstly take notice of how bad most of these'reputed' builders here treat their customers. Like I wasn't even offered water in some of these'premium' builders -myhome, honour, rajapushpa etc. Not at all used to this AT ALL.

Then Saw Aliens Space station and interacted with their staff. I must say, I threw the sink at them- All questions from'Kya hua', 'I don't trust you' etc., and I was just met with a smile and a proper no bullshit answer. Their office was full of folks at even 8pm at night. ANyway, coming to the property, I was positive about two things- RERA application and swami fund for which I was shown documentation. Pricing given was a bit high considering my budget- 7200 odd per feet square on super built area.

So yes, I decided to post this since I'm just not a fan of bashing something just because someone's down. SO Kudos Aliens Space Station! Down but not out. Best of luck to the sales staff- Manisha and bhupendr.

P.s. I'm yet to buy a property. I'm thinking resale at mainland Gachibowli. Pls comment with recommendations, if any.

I had booked the flat in station number 12 when construction was completely done but finishing work was not started and promised to handover within a year and its been more than 3 years there is no work done in that station. Whenever I visit the site they come up with new timelines with 6-8 months extension by giving some nonsense reasons. Actually they don't have funds at all not even to pay their construction workers(got to know through construction worker while visiting site). They are simply looting our hard earned money and making people fool by giving commitments which are never fulfilled.

Their sales/crm team is very unprofessional and rude who dont even bother to either lift calls or respond to mails. Our whole money is stucked and paying emi & rents. Our situation is worst because we cant even go for cancellation at this point of time as they don't even return money.

Aliens doesn't fall under rating scale as they stand below zero which has no value. And also have a common template to answer to these reviews which they really don't mean. Apologies and acknowledgment are also fake as they are.

Guys who are willing to invest or buy flat, I would recommend you not to waste your valuable money. Please dont get trapped by ratings since all were given by either employees or their friends.

I purchased a flat in 2018 and till now they did not handover me. Every year they said they will be handing over but never stood on their word. Now again they are saying 2 more years. Just imagine 6 years of waiting for our flat after paying money. We all need them to drag to court for cheating us. CHEATERS. TOTALLY A WORST CHOICE. PLEASE DO NOT BUY HERE.

I booked flat in Aliens space station 1 year ago (Nov 2020). Without intimation they have sold our flat to other people saying that we have not given money on time.

They were forcibly asking us to get another flat. But we were not getting the size and direction of our choice, so we refused.

They cancelled our booking telling that we will get our refund in 3 installments (Rs.6 lacs)

But it's been one year they are fooling around us. Everytime they make 1 new story.

I will not suggest anyone to purchase flat here in Aliens space station. First of all they will not give on time they just do fake promises and incase u take back step you have to suffer for years for your own money.

They are very rude and arrogant.

Threatening us that Don't shout or else you will not get money.

The worst ever place one can imagine to live in.I lived in this apartments for an year and I have nothing positive to speak about this venture.From the finishing works being done at the untimely hours, lift and power issue to parking issues what not I have faced here and talking about the aliens staff the most insensible , arrogant and unethical beings they are , including their GMD or MD who dealt the parking issue of mine. I definitely won’t recommend this place but Please be cautious if at all buying a flat here.

I must, we were a little worried about all the negative online reviews, but the way you guys functioned through the entire process was commendable and deserves appreciation. A great mix of technology and innovation makes this project desirable even after a delay in possession. It takes a lot of commitment to creating anything as innovative as the Aliens space station and we give full marks for doing that. Looking forward to getting possession soon.

The project is a delay, no doubt about it but the way they have owned their mistake and working on it to improve things from here is commendable and deserves appreciation. Would love to get possession in my dream home soon, waiting for it Mr. Challa.

This has been a roller coaster ride with the Aliens group since the beginning. Hope they have learned the lesson and are eager to hand over the remaining homes to their customers. Except for the delay in the project, it's Hyderabad's finest structure and designed to keep the future in mind. Kudos to the CRM team for bearing with all the customers and not shying away with their issues. Hoping to get our home in two months as finalised.

I hv received a call from Mr.lokesh regarding for job opportunity for the position HR - Recruiter we have done telephonic discussion "PI" etc etc.

OMG they need minimum 80% aggregate in SSC, Intermediate, Graduation, Post-Graduation & along with any Local / District / State level sports prize in extra-curricular participated candidates only…

Weather candidates are applying for government jobs(or) something else Mr. Lokesh_?. 80% in education academics it's biscuit.

80% candidates break the government exams, some other competitive banks exams Mr. Lokesh_?

Even govt jobs needed minimum 60% aggregate only, but here they need 80% aggregate & what about other below 80% candidates Mr. Lokesh_?

If candidates have 80%how can working with fraud company like Aliens Space station Mr. Lokesh_? & infd tht company hv rules and regulations for fraud company as Aliens Space station.

Its biggest fraud realestate company since 2004 onwards till now project was not completed_? & upon owner have multiple fraud cases.

Bt thy follows rules and regulations while recruiting candidates like 80% in education - Mr. Lokesh keep rules & regulations with you & it's ever green joke by the end of year 2019 - waste, worst rules and regulations.

Please stay away from this fraud company.

About a most fraudulent company I really wonder how positive reviews are posted here. That means aliens company people itself are writing proxy reviews here and in Google. Actually this project started in 2010 with heavy advertisements and thus thousands invested in this project and no one got their apartment yet. Some 40 residents just occupied the partially completed flats and living there without any amenities.

Hi,

I did some research about Aliens Space and I really liked the project as I felt it is very unique. Many of my friends and relatives has told me not to go for this builder as there was lot of delays and also negative feedback on the internet. When I talked to their marketing executive, they convinced me that they had problems earlier, but now Edelweiss has agreed to do the funding. This happened in 2017 and inspite of negativity I booked an apartment as I really liked the project. Marketing team had promised me to provide the possession by Jan 2020 and when I visited the site, I saw that work is happening so I hoped it would be complete and booked it in 2017.

They told agreement will be prepared only after I pay 20% of the amount, so I payed it as I wanted to proceed. After paying 20% amount, I have followed up for the SALE AGREEMENT they have delayed it for 6 months and later they are forcing me to apply for the loan. I asked them for get the sale agreement first and they mentioned the possession date with delay of 1 year. When I asked they told they have new agreement with Edelweiss and they are not agreeing for the old agreements. I even talked to their CEO, he is blaming the marketing executives telling that they have given the wrong commitments.

I have finally cancelled it as they are not giving any commitments on completion and everyday they are giving some other date. And now I am chasing them for the return of my advance, it has been 10 months. They have agreed in Jan 2019 to return the money in 4 installments from Apr 2019. Till now no payment has been made and they are blaming on Edelweiss mentioning that they are not releasing funds as there is no inflow for Aliens Space(No bookings happening now - People should continue to make wise decision)

The project in theory it is good, but we cannot wait for a home for infinite time and if your money got locked here it would be difficult for us to go for any other project.

Marketing team: Mr Kishore Kumar - He is not even picking up the calls now

Dont ever think of buying flat in this. You will be screwed up for your entire life. Never ending project. They will blackmail for payments. Construction is very slow. They loot the money from costumers. I dont know how to come out of this shot. my entire life savings are gone for toss.

This project is totally doomed .. Please beware of this fraud builder I had booked a flat in 2010 but still their project hasn't completed and they are not even returning my money.

There are plenty of other buyers like me who are victims of this Aliens Space Sation 1 Fraud.

This is the first time that I am writing about this in any public forum because till now I was thinking that their project was stalled and delayed due many conditions as they say. But their false promises of returning back my money has finally made me realized that they have no intentions to return my money back.

I request all the potential buyers to not fall into their trap by seeing :

1. Positive reviews or positive feedbacks from customers .. because all these positive review are created by The Aliens group and their rmouess and acquaintances. In reality their customers are suffering a lot. For every one bad rating from a genuine customer they will create n number of false positive reviews. Their main targets are service class .. retired personnels .. NRIs.

2.The lower prices that they are offering as compared to market prices in Hyderabad and specifically Tellapur area.

1. Their state of the art model flats and the glossy brochure because you will actually never get it. They have provided handoffs of flats to just handful of customers and I don't think that current conditions are apt or healty for staying there.

2. They will say that Eddilwisse is their partner now .. which is correct but still no substantial growth has been seen. Why is Edelweiss not returning money of customers who's hard earned money has been LOOTED by Aliens Space Stations in name of this project.

PLEASE DON'T FALL INTO THEIR TRAP!!!! BEWARE OF THIS BUILDER !! THEY HAVE LOOTED MY HARD EARNED MONEY!!

I would request all they current owners of Aliens Space Station 1 to come together and raise their voice so that they can get their hard earned money back .

Delayed due to Covid. But finally I got my flat. Construction and Exterior is really awesome. First I thought its not good as like delayed. But now everything perfect. Glass walls, Interconnected corridors, Independent house style apartments, and many more. Basically all you dream off in a gated community at a price much lower than market. Highly recommended

I get good interest in my investment. First I don't believe on sell. But now I realize it after got a good profit. Regardless of all negative reviews, Aliens space station has come up with great investment opportunities for Hyderabad's public concept of Artificial Intelligence enabled homes, the concept of sky gardens and not to forget the private corridor. They stand by their words of creating and Intelligent Living.

Actually I booked flat. Its little bit delayed but its construction quality is really good as I not expected earlier. But after using flat I change my mind for Aliens Space. After a long period of waiting, finally Aliens group was able to deliver my dream home with all specifications promised by the team. Currently I'm very happy with all the amenities provided by My personal favorites are the sky garden and the private corridor.
