This is a high rise building and their fire fighting systems do not work. Having a safe building is so important, yet this building is not safe and this is a huge problem.

The government needs to actively lay the foundation for commencing many initiatives that include taking care of the fiscal benefits, tax benefits and subsidies such that more buyers that fall in the age of first time buyer are able to rent out apartments.

Unlike many of the times where the houses were sold on the basis of super-built up area, and hence unlike many of the times where the home buyers were buying house on the basis of super built up area will now be paying only for the actual area of the flat.

It has been recently reported that the designs of the viaduct have not been submitted to the fire department that is near to the station and many of the members are aware of it. This has been a graving concern for all the residents living nearby. This issue needs to be resolved to avoid any credibility issues.

They did not show we the proper licenses and approvals that are required from the concerned authority so I could not trust them and decided to not go with them!

They want to know each and every little detail about the changes that we make in our house, so they will tell us to show them the designs. So much interference cannot be appreciated by anybody.

We have to pay a higher maintenance charge for no reason at all! We enquired about the maintenance charges of the buildings in the nearbuy areas and got to know that they pay much less for the same amenities!

There have been multiple instances where it has been finally concluded that without facilitating multiple reforms that ensure the wherewithal in place, many of the complex permission oriented processes seem to create a bottleneck especially for the lower housing prices.

They tell a lot of lies to sell the property and they vehemently deny promising us those things later.

They are experts at ignoring calls and mails once they have got their money. Their possession takes forever because of lazy and slouchy builders who do not show interest in the project like they should.

It has been since several months that flat purchasers did not shell out extra money for parking whether it was for open or stilt. Despite of this, the consultants have been seen charging extra fees. This should not be the case ideally.

There have been many cases since a year now in a row that many of the amenities like club house , swanning pool etc still lack proper deployment and need to be effectively taken care of in a good fashion. If there is constant delay in the possession and submission of the final handing over part of the business, the credibility is at a big time risk.

There is a lot of delay in possession, which is causing a huge problem for us! The customer service does not give us any clear answers as to when we will get our property back!

We did not get the copy of approved plans, society registration documents and conveyance of deed land, so I would definitley say that something is wrong!
