Aditya builder is cheater froud he make fake sign on customers document like builder by agreement. He is a game player he deliberately take payments late so that he can get much amount at last .

1. I sachin kumar Booked a flat in 2014 and promising date was March 2017 but he is giving in 2020. How he can charge when he not paying late charges.

2. He deliberately do froud with document in my case he add an additional name in builder by agreement although all payments made by me.

3. After a long time he deleted the name of person and take my Signature on another builder buy agreement in 2018. But still he is not ready for registration after getting full payments and registration fee submition.

So all my dear innocent buyers don't purchase or Book flat and property in aditya projects.

1. I tried to F.I.R in police but police not lodged my fir they work as builder wants.

So my advice is don't indulge in froud game of aditya aggarwal projects which head office is in preet vihar delhi.

I am a buyer in their Aditya Urban Homes project in Dasna, bamheta village, Ghaziabad. I have following review points about them.

1. All staff is uneducated & idiot from top level to down.I remember when one of staff member(Anil kaushik) misbehaved and First is complaint MR. Prakash, said me I can't do any thing & when I went to director(UMA Aggarwal), She told I can not changed what happened .

2.They put penalty over me due late payment as loan sanctioned late even I tired my much but they did not reduce a single Rs.

They don't try to compensate my penalty with charges due of delay of project delivery at their end.

3.They force me to sign over empty paper else I have to wait for my sales deed upto several days.

4.They made their own rules in their own world, They have transfer charges every time when your property sales.F or life time a property pay them.(pls ask)

5.They work like government office, you have to wait for long, Not answering, misbehave on call.

7.They will send you demand letter but it will not reach you because if it reach you & paid on time than how they will put penalty over you.

8.They all are foul players and trap you in your game.

Please beware these kind of dogs in builder lobby., Don't buy any property from them.It's my hand folded request you to all.
